Small Group Weight Training is designed to build your entire physique, strength wise, and improve your overall performance. This program allows you to build areas of your body that need to be developed more, using barbells, dumbbells, & your own body weight. Workouts are themed daily to address every single component of the body in full, weekly. All Small Group Weight Training participants must be at a minimum intermediate fitness level for safety and progression purposes. If you’re looking for something more personal than boot camp and less expensive than 1-on-1 training - then small group training is best for you! Group size 3-6 people

Body Blast classes are complete & full body workouts, targeting your full body with strength, cardio, plyometrics, and resistance training. If you would like to build your body, and you are not yet ready for heavy weight training, this program is a great bridge course. Body Blast offers support with like minded individuals, who have similar goals. Class sizes range from 10 to 20 people and are 45 minutes long.

Body Blast Tempo classes are total body workouts for those at all fitness levels which utilize body weight, cardio, & Barbell based resistance training . Body Blast Tempo also utilizes music to add a tempo dynamic to the workout. Class sizes range from 10-15 people and are 45 minutes long.

Cycle Burn is designed to maximize your indoor cycling routine. You’ll experience dynamic workouts guided by instructors to add variety to your workouts. Cycle Burn includes instructor-choreographed moves to work both your upper and lower body, focusing on endurance, strength and low to high intensity interval moves. It’s designed for all levels of fitness. Class sizes range from 10-15 people.
